- mango : 2 pieces (about 300g)
- 砂糖 : 1/2カップ
- 塩 : ふたつまみ
- コーンスターチ : 1/4カップ
- ライム汁 : 1/2個
- (A)牛乳 : 1カップと1/4
- (B)牛乳 : 1/2カップ

Cut out the mango fruit and put it in a blender.
Add sugar and salt and stir until smooth.
Add the milk of (A), stir further, and transfer to a pan. -

Put cornstarch and milk (B) in a bowl and mix.

Heat in a pan

Heat the pan over medium heat while mixing until it boils.
Reduce heat to low, add 2 and heat while mixing for 4-5 minutes. -

ライム汁を加えて火から下ろし、型に入れて粗熱を取る。
冷蔵庫で2時間程冷やし固め、型から外したら完成。
Point
・ Ripe mango is recommended.
・ Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
・ You can choose the type of sugar you like.
・ Commercially available lime juice may be used.
・ Lemon juice may be used instead of lime juice.
・ If you like, it is recommended to add mango fruit.
