- Cucumber : 4 bottles

- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
- 白ごま : 大さじ1

Procedure

Salt the cucumbers

Chop the cucumber into chunks and place in a plastic bag.
Sprinkle salt on top and gently rub to coat evenly.
Place on a baking tray, place a weight on top and leave for about 30 minutes. -

Drain off the water

Squeeze the water out of the cucumbers from step 1 into the plastic bag.

Combine seasonings

Add (A) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add white sesame seeds and mix.

Mix well and it's done.
Point
*The time required does not include the time spent salting the ingredients in step 1.
- When adding salt in step 1, placing a weight on top will help the water come out of the cucumbers more quickly.
Natural salt is better than refined salt.
- By squeezing out the water from the cucumbers in step 2, you can finish the dish without compromising the flavor of the seasonings.
- If you taste it and it's too bland, add salt to adjust.
