Wipe off the water one by one and remove the calyx with a bamboo skewer. -

Put ome in a zipper bag, close the mouth, and freeze in the freezer.

Repeat the same process, alternating between them.
Cover and leave in a cool, dark place for 1 week to 10 days to complete.
Point
・ Before cooking, be sure to sterilize the storage bottle by boiling.
・ Remove Ome, which has traces of worm-eaten.
・ When putting Ome in a storage bottle, use clean hands.
・ If you soak Ome without freezing it, it will take time, so be sure to freeze it.
・ Once the syrup is made, remove the ome and transfer it to a PET bottle for storage.
・ Syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 months.
・ If you put the syrup in the freezer, it can be stored for 3 months to 6 months.
