- Hot cake mix : 150g

Point
・ Because lemon is used together with the skin, wash it well and drain it.
・ Because the white part of the lemon is bitter, grate it before that.
・ If you don't have a grater, it's a good idea to chop the skin thinly.
・ When making the dough, add milk at the end to separate it.
・ If the color is too brown during baking, cover it with aluminum foil.
