Ingredients

  • Silken tofu : 2
  • 薄力粉 : 適量
  • バター : 20g

  • 合いびき肉 : 300g
  • にんじん : 70g
  • 玉ねぎ : 100g
  • にんにく : 1片
  • ローリエ : 1枚
  • トマト缶 : 1缶(400g)
  • 赤ワイン : 大さじ2
  • (B) Nakano sauce : 大さじ2
  • (B) Ketchup : 大さじ1
  • (B) Salt : 小さじ1/2
  • (B) Peppercorn : 適量
  • ピザ用チーズ : 100g
