Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrapper : 6 sheets
  • ささみ : 4 pieces (200g)
  • 大葉 : 6枚
  • スライスチーズ : 2枚
  • 酒 : 大さじ1
  • 梅肉 : 適量
  • 塩胡椒 : 適量
  • 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
  • 水 : 大さじ1
  • 揚げ油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 01:45

    Cut off the stems of the perilla leaves and cut them in half lengthwise.
    Cut the cheese slices into 8 equal triangular pieces.

    三角形の形のまま春巻きの皮を反対に倒す。
    同様に、もう一度反対側に倒して包む。
    1の大葉の直線部分を春巻きの皮の切り口に合わせて置き、三角を倒しながら包み込む。
    最後の巻き終わりになったら、春巻きの皮に4を塗り剥がれないようによく止める。
    春巻きの皮17枚も同様の工程で包む。

  7. 7) 揚げる 07:28

    Add 1cm of oil to a frying pan and heat to 180℃.
    When it reaches the right temperature, add step 6.
    When it starts to brown, flip it over.
    Once the underside has browned, remove it onto a tray.
    Fry the remaining pieces in the same way and drain the oil.
