Add mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix. -

Place the dough on top of each other and bake on low heat for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

・ Adding mayonnaise to egg yolk gives a softer texture.
・ Once the egg yolk dough and meringue are combined, mix them without crushing the foam.
・ If you like, you can also top it with powdered sugar, cream, or mint leaves.
・ When whipping egg whites, make sure that the bowl is free of oil and water.
