Ingredients
- onion : 1/2 piece (100g)
- だしパック : 1個
- だし汁 : 350ml
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1(9.5g)
- 醤油 : 小さじ2強(13.5g)
- 塩 : 少々(0.4g)
- 卵 : 3個
- とんかつ : 300g分

Prepare the onions

Cut the onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly.

Make the stock

Add the dashi pack and water (not included in the recipe) to a pot and leave for 10 minutes.
Place over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
Remove the dashi pack. -

Add the onion, stock and sugar to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add soy sauce and salt.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until the whites are lightly combined.
Add the pork cutlet and pour the beaten egg over it.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and let sit until the eggs are cooked through. -

Point
・This is enough for two adults and one child aged 3 or over.
・If you are making it for children, it is best to choose a dashi pack that is salt-free and uses only the ingredients.
