Ingredients

  • 木綿豆腐 : 1丁
  • トマト(小) : 2個
  • Green onion : Appropriate amount
  • にんにく(みじん切り) : 1片
  • 小麦粉 : 適量
  • 塩 : 少々
  • (A) Salad oil : 大さじ2
  • (B)サラダ油 : 適量
  • (C)ナンプラー : 大さじ1~1と1/2
  • (C)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut vegetables 01:12

    Cut the green onions into small pieces and cut the tomatoes into pieces that are easy to eat.

  2. 2) Cut tofu 02:16

    Cut the cotton tofu in half vertically and cut it into 1 cm wide pieces.
    Wipe off the water on both sides and sprinkle with flour.

  3. 3) Bake tofu 03:28

    Sprinkle the cooking oil of (A) in a frying pan and heat it.
    Arrange the cotton tofu and take it out when both sides are browned.

    フライパンを中火にかけ、(B)のサラダ油をひく。
    にんにくを入れ、軽く色づくまで加熱する。
    トマトを加え、軽く柔らかくなるまで炒める。

  5. 5) 仕上げる 06:39

    トマトから水分が出てきたら(C)を加え、馴染ませる。
    木綿豆腐に塩をふって戻し、炒め合わせる。
    全体が馴染んだら皿に盛り、小ねぎをかけたら完成。

Point
