Peel the potatoes.
Place a colander over a bowl and grate the potatoes onto the colander.
Leave for 15 minutes and drain. -

ボウルに溜まった水分が分離するので、上澄みの水を捨てる。
ボウルに残った片栗粉にすりおろしじゃがいもを加え、よく混ぜる。 -

揚げる

フライパンの底から5mm程度油(分量外)を入れ、火にかける。
2をスプーンで掬って入れ、中火で揚げる。
固まったら裏返し、両面揚げ色がついたら上げて油を切る。 -

塩を振る

熱い状態で塩(分量外)を振りかけたら完成。
Point
・Use medium-sized potatoes.
- Grated potatoes will discolor if left out, but this is not a problem as they will be fried.
- When frying, tilting the frying pan allows you to fry using a small amount of oil.
-Salt blends more easily if sprinkled while hot.
