- Long onion (white part) : 1本
- 生姜 : 1片
- (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (B) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- (B) Vinegar : 大さじ3

- (B) Chicken glass soup base : 小さじ1

- 一味唐辛子 : 適量

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and put them in a plastic bag.
Add (A) and knead well.
