- ご飯 : 330g
- Sesame seeds (white) : 1/2 tbsp
- くるみ(ロースト) : 20g
- (A)きび砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)味噌 : 大さじ1
- (B)いりごま(白) : 適量
- (B)粉山椒 : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量

Put the sesame seeds in a mortar and grind until there are no more grains.
Add walnuts, crush and lightly grind until grains remain. -

Point
・ Be sure to prepare freshly cooked rice.
・ Commercially available sesame seeds may be used instead of sesame seeds.
・ Millet sugar can be replaced with normal sugar.
・ It is also recommended to sprinkle shichimi pepper instead of Japanese pepper.
・ Miso is recommended without dashi stock.
