- Fried tofu : 1 sheet
- 卵 : 1個
- 青ねぎ : 1本
- 水(またはだし汁) : 100ml
- しょうゆ : 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1
- 温かいご飯 : 1人分
- 粉山椒や七味唐辛子 : 適宜

Cut the fried tofu into 4 equal parts.

Light the frying pan and bake both sides on medium heat without oiling the fried tofu.

Point
・ Bake with the oil contained in the fried tofu.
・ For deep-fried tofu, it is easier to get umami by coloring both sides.
・ If you use soup stock instead of water, it will be even more delicious.
・ Avoid sprinkling soy sauce directly on the fried tofu as it will suck.
・ Boil lightly so that the seasoning soaks into the fried tofu.
