- サラダ油 : 1 tablespoon
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 2 tsp
- (A)にんにくチューブ : 小さじ1
- (A)しょうがチューブ : 小さじ1
- (A)七味唐辛子 : 大さじ1/2

Point
・ Shichimi pepper can be replaced with Ichimi pepper.
・ You can add more shichimi pepper if you like.
・ If you cut the onion into large pieces, the texture will improve.
・ If you use pork belly, you can save the trouble of cutting.
