- 生クリーム : 60ml
- (A) Cocoa powder : 25g
- （A）コーンスターチ : 30g
- （A）塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 砂糖 : 100g
- バニラエッセンス : 小さじ1

Mix flour and milk

Sift (A) in a pan, add sugar and mix.
Add milk in 2 portions and mix each time. -

Heat 1 over medium heat while mixing until thickened.
Add dark chocolate and cream and mix. -

Remove from heat, add vanilla essence and mix.
Place in a container to remove heat and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
