- 牛乳 : 500ml
- 生クリーム : 60ml
- (A) Cocoa powder : 25g
- （A）コーンスターチ : 30g
- （A）塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 砂糖 : 100g
- バニラエッセンス : 小さじ1

Add milk in 2 portions and mix each time. -

Add dark chocolate and cream and mix. -
