    玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。牛肩ロース肉の両面に筋切りをし、両面に塩こしょうをふる。牛肩ロース肉にウイスキーをかけ、なじませる。玉ねぎをのせて30分寝かす。

  2. 2) ソースを作り、牛肩ロース肉を焼く 07:24
