  • 梅干し : 2個
  • 長ネギ : 1/3本
  • 大葉 : 3〜5枚
  • ごま : 適量
  • 白だし : 大さじ1/2
  • 酒 : 大さじ1/2
  • 醤油 : 小さじ1
  • ご飯 : 200g
