- Okara powder : 3 tbsp
- 卵 : 3個
- キャベツ : 130~150g
- (A) Dashi : 小さじ1/2程度
- (A) Salt : ひとつまみ
- (B) Source : 適量
- (B) Mayonnaise : 適量
- (B)かつお節 : 適量
- (B)青のり : 適量

Procedure

Mix the dough

Break the egg into a bowl and melt.
Add okara powder and (A) and mix well. -

Add ingredients

Add shredded cabbage to 1 and mix.
Add your favorite ingredients. -

Cover and bake on low to medium heat until browned.
Turn it over, cover it again, and bake. -

Point
・ Cabbage can be sprouts.
・ Okara powder can be either fine powder or coarse powder.
・ If you like, you can add pickled ginger, pork, green onions, and shichimi.
・ The amount of cabbage may be larger than the amount.
・ When mixing the ingredients, there may be lumps.
・ By adding cabbage to the dough and mixing it, lumps will disappear.
