- (A) Cream cheese : 150g
- (A)無塩バター : 20g

Put (A) in a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula while putting it in a water bath.
Add granulated sugar (for dough) and mix.
Squeeze the lemon, add the lemon juice and mix.
Add sour cream and mix.
Add milk and mix.
Add egg yolks one by one and mix each time.
Sift the cake flour, mix and strain. -

Remove excess powdered sugar and place the oven sheet in the mold. -

Point
-Uses a 15 cm round shape.
・ Although raw lemon is squeezed for lemon juice, commercially available lemon juice may be used.
・ Remove the lumps in the dough by straining the cheese liquid at the end of step 1.
・ Remove air bubbles from the dough by hitting the mold in step 5.
・ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
