- Cucumber : Two
- ニラ : 2本
- 塩 : 小さじ2/3
- たらこ : 30g〜40g

- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (A)酢 : 小さじ1
- (A)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- (A)すりおろしニンニク : 1/2かけ
- (A)すりおろし生姜 : 1/2かけ

Point

・ If there is a thick plastic bag used in step 3, it is not necessary to stack it in two.
・ Cod roe may be replaced with spicy cod roe.
・ In step 4, add the chili pepper and cod roe first to mix the spiciness and umami.
・ If you leave it overnight in step 4, the taste will become more familiar and delicious.
・ The time required to put the product in a plastic bag in steps 3 and 4 is not included in the required time.
