Ingredients
- Omuku (sheet form) : 6 sheets (240g)
- Omuku (bar) : 6本(70g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個(125g)
- 長ねぎ : 1/2本(50g)
- じゃがいも : 1個(180g)
- 青唐辛子 : 2本(20g)
- Salad oil : 2 tbsp (14 g)
- おろしにんにく : 大さじ1(20g)
- 水 : 130ml
- 濃口醤油 : 大さじ5(50g)
- 三温糖 : 大さじ1(12g)
- 唐辛子粉(細挽き) : 大さじ1と1/2(9g)
- ごま油 : 大さじ2(14g)
- いりごま : 少々

Cut the stick-shaped omuku diagonally. -

Cut long onions and green peppers into small pieces.
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices. -

Fry the ingredients
