Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the rice cooker 01:29

    Place the egg whites in a separate bowl and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
    Mix the dough with egg yolk.
    Add milk in 4 portions and mix each time.

    布巾を取り出し、内釜を炊飯器に入れ60分加熱する。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 07:57

    5の内釜を取り出して軽く打ちつける。
    内釜をゆする。
    お皿に返して生地を取り出す。
    お好みのサイズに切り分ける。
