Break the egg into another bowl.
Open the fried tofu and put the eggs in it.
Stab it like a toothpick. -

Point
・ Use fried tofu that opens inside.

・ By stabbing the fried tofu with eggs in step 3 like sewing with a toothpick, it will be difficult to remove.
・ The broth becomes delicious with the inosinic acid of dried bonito and the glutamic acid of Ajinomoto.
・ Dashi stock can be easily produced by adding dried bonito flakes in step 4.
・ Ajinomoto may be replaced with kelp.
・ Since the boiling time in step 4 varies depending on the pot used, adjust while checking the degree of egg mass.
・ During step 4, the egg purse is boiled for about 12 minutes in total.
・ If you leave it after it is finished, the taste will stain, but if it is fresh, sprinkle it with broth and eat it.
・ It will be more delicious if you eat it with mustard.
