- Pork belly : 200g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- しょうが : 適量
- 千切りキャベツ : 適量
- 油 : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ8分目
- Grated ginger : 大さじ1

Prepare ginger

For ginger, scrape off the skin with a spoon.
Thin the ginger by 4 pieces and then cut into julienne.
Save the remaining amount for use in 2. -

Put (A) in a bowl, grate the remaining ginger from 1 and add about 1 tablespoon, and mix.

Cut the pork belly into 2 cm widths. -
