Boil for 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds, drain the water, and cool with cold water. -

Point
・ Bean sprouts can be changed to normal bean sprouts.
・ When using normal bean sprouts, it is recommended to boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds as a guide.
・ Boiled bean sprouts should be drained for about 10 minutes.
・ Boiled bean sprouts should be immediately cooled with cold water.
