Point

・ If the chocolate is black, you can use your favorite chocolate.
・ If you don't have unsalted butter, you can use 50g of salad oil instead.
・ It is advisable to stack a No. 9 size paper cup on a muffin type 6.5 cm in diameter. No. 8 size paper cup can be used as a substitute.
・ Add milk in step 4 and mix to lower the temperature before breaking the egg.
・ Even if you mix nuts and dried fruits, it will be delicious.
