Ingredients
- (A) Drained yogurt : About 220g
- (B)水切りヨーグルト : 約220g
- 甘味料 : 20g
- 飲むヨーグルト(無脂肪) : 25g
- ゼラチン : 6.5g

Add yogurt

Put (A) drained yogurt in a bowl.
Put (B) drained yogurt in a pan. -

Heat the yogurt

Add sweetener and drinking yogurt to the pan of 1 and mix.
Add gelatin, mix and heat over low heat.
Heat until the gelatin melts and remove from heat. -

Match yogurt

Mix the drained yogurt in a bowl, add 2 and mix.
Place in ice water and mix while cooling for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix further until heavier and place in a glass or mold. -
