Ingredients
- cucumber : 6
- 塩 : 小さじ2
- (A)醤油 : 100cc
- (A)酒 : 100cc
- (A)みりん : 100cc
- (A)酢 : 50cc
- 削り節 : 小さじ2
- 白ゴマ : 小さじ2
- 鷹の爪 : 1本
- 生姜 : 適量

Prepare for cucumber

Leave for 30 minutes. -

ラップを密着させて被せ、冷蔵庫で1日以上置く。
Point

・ If you soak the hawk's claws in water in advance, it will be easier to cut.
・ You may increase the amount of hawk claws if you like.
