- (A) マヨネーズ : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) わさび : 小さじ1~2
- パセリ : 適量

Cut new potatoes

Rinse the new potatoes with water and cut the bottom by about 5 mm.
Cut the top surface by about 1 to 2 cm and make a grid-like notch in a width of 1 cm. -

Put the new potatoes and the cut-off parts in a heat-resistant container.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. -

Apply sauce to new potatoes

Spread the aluminum foil in a bowl shape and put new potatoes on it.
Mix (A) and apply with a small amount left in the notch of the new potato. -
