Point
・ Eggs and broccoli are voluminous and nutritious.
・ You can eat delicious broccoli stalks. By cutting the stems and tufts and heating them at different times, the whole is cooked properly.
・ Fry the eggs in a frying pan first and take them out in a half-ripened state for a soft finish.
・ When heating the egg in step 2, the egg will harden from the edge of the frying pan, so move the egg from the edge to the center and heat it so that the egg is poured into an empty space.
・ By adding a small amount of minced meat, the taste will come out and become delicious.
・ By adding white sardines and garlic, it tastes like Japanese-style peperoncino. The white sardine brings together the overall taste, and the garlic flavor goes well with the ingredients.
・ The potato starch thickens the whole, and the bean paste is entwined with broccoli and eggs for a delicious finish.
・ It is delicious to eat with white rice.
