・ Soybeans may be used as a substitute for salad beans.
・ The texture of the seafood mix can be improved by thawing it in the same salt water as seawater.
・ If the seafood mix is soaked in salt water for a long time in step 1, the saltiness will become stronger, so discard the salt water after thawing.
・ Fry the garlic over low heat in step 2 to bring out the aroma.
・ In order to shorten the time, the stir-fry process and the vegetable-cutting process are performed at the same time, but if you are not accustomed to it, you may stir-fry after cutting all the vegetables.
・ The onion is softened by cutting it against the onion fiber in step 3.
・ During step 4, you may cut the carrots into thin strips with a slicer.
・ If you are not good at celery, you may use only the core of celery.
・ Adjust the amount of salt in (B) to your liking.
・ By adding curry powder, you will not get tired of it.
・ If you add Tabasco and eat it, it will be more delicious.
・ If cooked every day, it will last for about 3 days.
