- Carrots : 2 bottles (160g)

- (A) 水 : 100ml
- (A) 醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A) みりん : 大さじ1
- (A) だしの素 : 小さじ1/4
- (B) 水 : 80ml
- (A) 薄力粉 : 50g
- (B) 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- 揚げ油 : 適量
