- Shiitake mushrooms : Three

Point
・ If you are not good at stripping radish with a kitchen knife during step 1, use a peeler.
・ Vegetables may be replaced with vegetables of your choice.
・ You may use different mushrooms for shiitake mushrooms.
・ Use the shiitake mushroom shaft because it produces soup stock.
・ By putting garlic in a bowl and shaking it in step 4, a large amount of skin can be removed without removing the scent.
・ By frying kimchi, the acidity is softened and the umami is increased.
・ Pepper powder (coarse ground) gives a red color, and pepper powder (fine ground) is used to soak the spicy taste into the ingredients.
・ Beef ribs will become hard if they are stir-fried too much, so the order of frying should be the last.
・ If you are not good at spicy foods, substitute gochujang with miso.
・ If there is no dasida, use chicken glass soup instead.
