Ingredients
- onion : 1/8 piece
- 豚肉 (しゃぶしゃぶ用) : 200g
- ポン酢 : 大さじ4
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- 酒 : 大さじ1
- 塩 : 少々
- (A) ごま油 : 小さじ2
- (B) ごま油 : 適量
- レタス : 2~3枚

Cut the onions

Finely chop the onions and place in a heat-resistant container.
Add sesame oil from (A), mix and wrap.
Heat in a 600w microwave for about 1 minute. -

Add ponzu and sugar to 1 and mix to remove the heat.

Boil water in a pot, add sake and salt, and reduce the heat to low.
Add pork, boil, drain hot water and take out. -

豚肉に(B)のごま油を絡め、常温で冷ます。
皿にレタス、豚肉をのせ、タレをかけたら完成。
Point
・ By heating the onions, the sweetness increases.
・ Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
・ Vinegar or citrus juice may be added to the sauce.
・ It is recommended to cool the pork at room temperature after draining the hot water.
・ If it takes time to eat, wrap it in plastic wrap.
