  • (A) Water : 大さじ1/2
  • ニラ : 1束
  • (C) Garlic : 1かけ
  • (C) Sesame oil : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the lever 01:50

  5. 5) 鶏レバーとニラを炒める 11:08

    フライパンに(C)を入れ、火をつける。
    にんにくが沸々してきたらレバーを加えて炒める。
    焼き色がついてきたら、ニラ、合わせ調味料を加えて炒めたら完成。

Point

・ Use garlic without cutting off the root.
・ Cut the thick-rooted garlic in half.
・ Use garlic as you like.
・ Remove the thin skin of garlic and remove the sprouts.
・ By heating the chicken liver with residual heat, the odor is removed and the finish is soft.
・ Boil 80% of the heat at the stage of boiling.
