Ingredients
- Pork loin (thick slice) : 2 sheets (250g)
- 酒 : 大さじ1
- 塩 : 少々
- みょうが : 2本
- 小ねぎ : 2本
- 大葉 : 5枚
- みりん : 大さじ2
- Ponzu sauce : 大さじ2
- おろし生姜 : 小さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
