Ingredients

  • Somen noodles : 250g
  • Pork ribs (block) : 約400g

  • (A) 本だし : 4g
  • (A) おろしにんにく : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) おろし生姜 : 小さじ1/2
  • ごま油 : 大さじ2~3
