Ingredients
- Somen noodles : 250g
- Pork ribs (block) : 約400g
- 小ねぎ : 適量
- (A) 酒 : 大さじ2
- (A) みりん : 大さじ3
- (A) 醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A) 中華たまり醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A) ナンプラー : 大さじ1
- (A) 三温糖 : 大さじ1
- (A) 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1/2
- (A) 本だし : 4g
- (A) おろしにんにく : 小さじ1/2
- (A) おろし生姜 : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ2~3

Point
・ Instead of Chinese tamari soy sauce, normal tamari soy sauce may be used.
・ Soy sauce and starch syrup may be used instead of Chinese tamari soy sauce.
・ Ordinary white sugar may be used instead of sanon tou.
・ For sesame oil, we recommend thick white sesame oil, which has a low scent.
