- Silk tofu : 300g
- 小ネギ : 適量
- 輪切り唐辛子 : 1本分
- 鰹節 : 2g
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- (A)白だし : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1

Point
・ Silk tofu may be replaced with cotton tofu if you like.
・ During step 1, do not stir when silk tofu is added.
・ If the sesame oil is clear during step 2, the silk tofu is soaked in flavor.
・ The taste comes out by sprinkling bonito flakes.
・ It will be more delicious if you eat it with Japanese pepper.
