Put sweetener and yogurt in a container and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer to harden. -

Mix the whole thing until it's smooth and you're done.
Point
・ Draining type yogurt is recommended.
・ When using yogurt with flavor or sugar, reduce the amount of sweetener.
・ Recommended to eat without heating in the microwave.
・ If you like, it is recommended to top with frozen fruits.
