- Pork sesame : 200g
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)薄力粉 : 大さじ1
- (A)塩こしょう : 少々
- 紅生姜 : 20g
- (B)卵 : 1個
- (B)水 : 大さじ1
- (B)薄力粉 : 大さじ3
- パン粉 : 適量

Put pork sesame meat and (A) in a bowl and rub.
Add red ginger and mix.
Take the pork sesame meat in your hand, put it on a bamboo skewer and stretch it into a stick shape. -

Add cake flour and mix.
Dip the pork from Step 1 into the egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs. -
