  • bonito : 400g
  • 塩 : 小さじ1
  • (A)ニンニク : 1片
  • (A)ローズマリー : 1枝
  • (A)ローリエ : 1枚
  • (A)黒胡椒 : 5粒
  • (A)オリーブオイル : 200〜300cc
