Ingredients
- bonito : 400g
- 塩 : 小さじ1
- (A)ニンニク : 1片
- (A)ローズマリー : 1枝
- (A)ローリエ : 1枚
- (A)黒胡椒 : 5粒
- (A)オリーブオイル : 200〜300cc
