Ingredients

  • corn : Two
  • 生クリーム : 60cc
  • egg yolk : 2 pieces
  • egg white : 2 pieces

Procedure

    6をココットに入れる。
    布巾を敷いた台に叩きつけて空気を抜く。
    アルミホイルを敷いた天板に乗せ、オーブンで200度10分〜15分焼いて完成。

Point

・Amount for 2 pieces.
・Because the soufflé will expand upwards, apply unsalted butter to the top of the cocotte during step 1.
・Be careful not to burn during step 4.
・During step 4, if the dough is hot when adding the egg yolk, lumps will form.
Place the egg whites in a bowl and chill.
・Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
