Add the seasoning liquid from step 2 and stir-fry. When the seasoning liquid is mixed all over, add the potato starch dissolved in water and stir-fry while mixing the whole.
Finally, sprinkle sesame oil and sprinkle black pepper to complete.
Point
・If you don't like spicy food, you can substitute miso for the bean sauce.
・Somi Shantung can be replaced with Chinese all-purpose seasoning such as Weiper.
・When frying the pork belly in step 3, wipe off excess oil from the pork belly with kitchen paper.
・If you like, you can add shichimi, mayonnaise, chili oil, soft-boiled fried egg, etc.
