Ingredients

  • Firm tofu : 1 piece (300g)
  • 鶏ミンチ : 150g
  • みりん : 大さじ1
  • 味噌 : 大さじ1
  • 片栗粉 : 小さじ1
  • スライスチーズ : 1枚
  • マヨネーズ : 適量
  • 一味唐辛子 : お好み
  • 刻み小ネギ : お好み
  • 油 : 適量

Procedure

    8分焼いたらスライスチーズを2等分して鶏ミンチの上にのせて、上からマヨネーズをかける。
    強火にして焼き目が付くまで焼く。

    焼き目がついたら取り出してお皿に盛り付ける。
    お好みで一味唐辛子、刻み小ネギを振りかけたら完成。

Point

・Be careful not to burn yourself when you remove the firm tofu from the microwave.
・Knead minced chicken until sticky.
