  • shimeji mushrooms : moderate amount
  • enoki mushrooms : moderate amount
  • baby scallops : 150g
  • garlic : 1 piece
  • hawk claw : One
  • Olive oil (for frying) : 2 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper : moderate amount
  • 醤油 : 小さじ2
