Ingredients
- sweet potato : 1 (200g)
- All-purpose flour : 100g
- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Unsalted butter : 50g
- egg yolk : 1 piece
- 牛乳 : 大さじ1

Procedure

Steam until sweet potato is soft.
Peel off the skin, place in a bowl and mash with a masher. -

Add the all-purpose flour and mix with a rubber spatula. -

Chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. -

Point
・Milk can be substituted with water.
・After steaming the sweet potato, you can easily peel the skin by inserting chopsticks vertically.
・It is better to use a bag that is originally square, such as a ziplock bag.
・Be careful not to cut the fabric when cutting both ends of the bag.
・It is better to eat after cooling down.
