Ingredients
- beaten egg : 25g

- 米油 : 35g
- (A) Light flour : 100g
- (A)Baking powder : 3g
- (A) Salt : 適量
- bitter chocolate : 50g

Put the beaten eggs in a bowl, add the cane sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Add rice oil while stirring well.
Sift (A) and add to the bowl.
Mix in cutting motions with a rubber spatula until combined.
Break up the bitter chocolate into small pieces by hand, add to the batter, and mix. -

- Place a baking sheet on top with parchment paper.
-Preheat the oven to 180°C.
・Save the bitter chocolate from step 1 to use as a topping after molding.
・Granulated sugar can be used instead of cane sugar.
・Rice oil can be replaced with any mild oil.
- Once the dough is on the baking tray, cover it with a baking sheet and lightly press it down with the bottom of a cup to form a flat circle about 7cm in size.
・The round dough will grow 1cm when baked.
