Ingredients

  • enoki mushrooms : 1 bunch (200g)
  • ハーフベーコン : 4枚
  • れんこん : 200g
  • 酢 : 小さじ1

    Cut off the stalks of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
    Loosen the stuck part of the shaft.

・Add vinegar to grated lotus root to prevent discoloration.
