- Somen : 1 bundle
- potatoes : 1 piece
- green pepper : 1 piece
- (A) Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 teaspoon
- (B) Chicken bone soup base : 1 teaspoon
- (B) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- いりごま : 適量

Cut the peppers into strips.
Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into strips using a slicer. Drop directly into a bowl of water.

Point
・If you don't have a slicer, you can cut the potatoes into strips with a kitchen knife.

・If you stir-fry the vegetables too much, the texture will be lost, so pay attention to the stir-frying time.
・Mixing the somen with the seasoning (A) makes it easier to loosen. It tastes better when it's still slightly powdery.
