- Somen : 1 bundle

- (A) Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 teaspoon
- (B) Chicken bone soup base : 1 teaspoon
- (B) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon

Boil the water for boiling the noodles.
Cut the peppers into strips.
Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into strips using a slicer. Drop directly into a bowl of water.
When you finish cutting, raise it to a colander.
mix the seasonings
Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
stir fry vegetables
Put (B) in a frying pan, mix and ignite over high heat.
Add green peppers and potatoes and fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
boil somen noodles
Boil the somen for 30 seconds after breaking it, and tighten it with water.
Put the somen in 2 with the core remaining and mix.
serve on a plate

・If you don't have a slicer, you can cut the potatoes into strips with a kitchen knife.

・If you stir-fry the vegetables too much, the texture will be lost, so pay attention to the stir-frying time.
・Mixing the somen with the seasoning (A) makes it easier to loosen. It tastes better when it's still slightly powdery.
