Ingredients

  • (C) Water : 大さじ2
  • (C) Cooking sake : 小さじ1
  • (C) Chinese soup base : 小さじ1
  • (C) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (C) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
  • Oil (for frying) : 大さじ1
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1
  • 中華麺 : 1人分

Procedure

  1. 1) Preparing the liver 01:44

    Slice liver into 1cm thick slices and place in a bowl.
    Rinse with water, drain in a colander, and wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
    Place in a bowl and add (A) and mix.
    Add the potato starch and sprinkle all over.

    Dice the onion into thin strips.

    取り出しておいたレバーを戻して炒め合わせる。
    ごま油を回しかける。

    中華麺が茹で上がったらざるにあけて流水で洗い、ぬめりを取る。
    粗熱が取れたらボウルに入れて流水を当てながら冷やす。
    水と同じくらいの温度まで冷えたら、ざるにあけて水気を切る。

  9. 9) 盛り付ける 14:03

    冷やした中華麺を4の器に入れる。
    上に7を乗せて完成。
